Pearson v. Chung
Manning Sossamon represented the Chung family and Custom Cleaners in the Pearson v. Chung case in which former DC administrative law judge, Roy L. Pearson, made claims for more than $54 million relating to an allegedly lost pair of pants. The Chung family won at the trial court level and on Mr. Pearson’s appeal. Mr. Pearson requested and was denied a rehearing of the appeal by the DC Court of Appeals and has chosen not to petition for an appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court.
