Amanda Jean Delgado is the Senior Legal Assistant at Manning Sossamon. Ms. Delgado’s expertise spans new entity formation; corporate documentation and recordkeeping; and corporate, trademark, and litigation filings.
Prior to joining Manning Sossamon, Ms. Delgado was a legal assistant at Hogan & Hartson, L.L.P. While at Hogan, she worked with many practice groups on a wide variety of complex undertakings. This experience honed her exceptional ability to enter a project at any point and coordinate its successful conclusion.
