Ms. Miller’s expertise includes contracts negotiation and management, general counsel and strategic business planning services, commercial trial, appellate and insurance defense litigation, and alternative dispute resolution. Her clients have included an international biotechnology firm; a FINRA-regulated investment banking firm; national auto, property, and professional liability insurance companies; and numerous entrepreneurial ventures.
Representative Matters
- Drafted, negotiated and managed high volume of complex commercial contracts for international biotechnology company, including non-disclosure agreements, consulting arrangements, sales, marketing and advertising agreements, and multi-million dollar engineering and construction contracts.
- Provided general counsel and strategic counseling to large and small corporate clients involving advertising, timber land management, employment issues, risk management and assessment, licensing, vendor relationships, and collections.
